for this one I did more of a flying bat ... bird... I dunno sort of creature. The "wings" are canvas material that is stitched together and has strong flexible wire that is the "arm" of the wing. The cables end in two sharp clawlike thorns. The cables are very flexible and tough. This creature usually has the upper skull of either an antelope, deer, or rabbit and the size of the creature varies. They can be found scavenging through junk with their long arms made from bird bones and metal joints, their "tails" drag on the ground usually with a key of some other important trinket hooked to it. This creature is greedy, So greedy in fact that it will kill other machines to take the parts. They have two very sharp blades for "feet" and a very strong body. They use their canvas wings to engulf their prey and stab at it with their bladed feet. Most of them have a bag or pouch that they cary on their backs of which is full of all the parts they find. When scavenging their flight is slow and something moth or butterfly like. When soaring their wings are flat and don't seem to move. They are very hard to kill because of the fact that their bodies are armored, their wings are not, but they can easily survive without them, and repairs aren't a difficult task. The skulls they have serve no true purpose other then a sort of protection for their head, without it their true heads are exposed and they become sensitive to light. They only come out at the darkest times and stay hidden in burrows in old buildings when it is lighter out. They disguise themselves as piles of junk when hiding and are nearly invisible at first glance. They use this to their advantage and use it to capture prey when it is off guard.

i knew you would make a wonderful entry! you are a master of "vintage" looking things and i think also fabric creases. looks great!

btw the gold arms are so spindly and cute!!! XD
